Silver Comet Trail

The Silver Comet Trail by itself is 61.5 miles long and when connected to the Chief Ladiga Trail, it connects Smyrna, GA to Anniston, AL in a 94.5 paved mile trail. It is open to bicyclists, walkers, joggers, rollerbladers and every non-motorized mode of transportation. The Cobb County portion of the trail is situated along nearly 13 miles of abandoned railroad tracks in south Cobb, and the multi-use Silver Comet Trail is dotted with pocket parks, gorgeous scenery and four trailheads with ample parking.
