Please join the City of Smyrna for a Black History Month celebratory dinner with Atlanta playwright, Kelundra Smith. She will discuss her journey from journalism to drama and introduce scenes from her play, “The Wash.” The full cast will read two scenes and transport us in time to Atlanta’s Reconstruction era. The Black History Month Celebration Dinner will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, at 6 p.m. at Smyrna Community Center in downtown Smyrna.

The Black History Month Celebration Dinner includes catered by World Renown Catering, a presentation by playwright Kelundra Smith, and readings from her most recent production.
