Choreographer-in-Residence Claudia Schreier returns to Atlanta with a unique adaptation of The Rite of Spring, a world premiere set to Igor Stravinsky’s iconic score, performed live by the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra. Sharing the program will be 7 for Eight by former San Francisco Ballet Artistic Director Helgi Tomasson. 7 for Eight brings fluid, dramatic choreography intertwining eight dancers with the sumptuous melodies of seven Johan Sebastian Bach movements.
