The best part of the holidays may just be the food! From sweet streusel-covered pies to savory smoked turkey, Cobb brings the feast to your yuletide festivities. We reached out to our 2021 #CobbFoodieCritic, Emily Robinson, to get her take on the best spots in Cobb for yummy holiday meals, and she did not disappoint! Check out her top picks for holiday flavors in Cobb.

1. Pie Bar

“Pie Bar is the hands down my favorite place to get pie in Cobb County! I’m addicted to their Brown Sugar Chess, because it’s got those great caramel flavors and the crunchy oat crust, but for Thanksgiving, you have to go with the classic Apple Streusel, because the tart apples make it feel like a healthy dessert after eating all the mashed potatoes. We’ll just ignore the fact that the crust is all butter and it’s topped with sugary streusel. It’s a fruit salad… really it is ;).” – Emily Robinson

2. Patak

“Like most of Atlanta, I am keeping my fingers crossed that Patak is able to figure out a way to get their temporary facility up and running in time for the holidays, because their smoked turkeys are the best!”- Emily Robinson

3. Seed Kitchen + Bar

“Last year Seed did an everything but the turkey Thanksgiving package. They had amazing brussels sprouts, smoked gouda mac n’ cheese and the world’s best yeast rolls! I’m on their email list and haven’t seen anything about it yet, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed!”- Emily Robinson

4. South City Kitchen Vinings

“For holiday ambiance, I like to go to South City Kitchen in Vinings. My mom and I used to do the holiday brunch there every year, because they had an incredible choral group there singing carols a couple of times in December. They have stopped doing that event, but I still like to go there since it brings back those holiday memories.” – Emily Robinson
