Cobb County, GA – (July 1, 2024) – Rachel Rogers, vice president of sports sales & engagement for Cobb Travel & Tourism and Cobb Sports Alliance, was appointed to the Board of Directors of Sports ETA as a destination representative. Sports ETA is the only trade association for the sports events and tourism industry in America.
Rogers is a veteran in the sports events and tourism industry, serving Cobb Travel & Tourism and growing the sports sales and engagement department for more than a decade. Previously, Rogers served as the NAIA football national championship game week coordinator, and as the director of marketing and senior associate athletic director at Shorter University. She is a graduate of Shorter University in Rome, Georgia.
