Cobb County, GA – (May 1, 2024) – Cobb Travel & Tourism presents awards to seven Hop Spots that participated in the fifth annual Bubbles & Brews, the month-long celebration of Cobb County’s local craft beverage makers.

Each March, craft beverage enthusiasts travel to participating breweries, distilleries, and wineries to taste each location’s unique beverages. Participants use a physical or digital “BrewPass” passport to guide them to each Hop Spot to collect stamps and return the BrewPass to Cobb Travel & Tourism to earn prizes. In 2024, Cobb Travel & Tourism distributed 3,000 physical BrewPasses, and more than 800 participants signed up for a digital BrewPass. The 14 participating Hop Spots saw a notable increase in visitation, receiving more than 4,800 Bubbles & Brews check-ins collectively throughout the month.

“Cobb is home to many craft beverage locations, each with their own special stories and unique offerings,” said Holly Quinlan, President & CEO of Cobb Travel & Tourism. “The craft beverage industry in our community continues to thrive and serves as a year-round attraction for residents and visitors. We are glad these business owners chose Cobb County as their home, and we are excited for the new additions in the coming year to add to the growing list of reasons why Cobb is Atlanta’s sweet spot.”
