Santa Claus is Coming to Cobb County, Georgia

The holiday season is in full swing and Santa is making his way through Atlanta collecting lists. We have nailed down his schedule and have created the ultimate list of Santa sightings this holiday season! Use this guide to capture sweet moments with St. Nick from Acworth to Vinings until Christmas Eve!

Avenue East Cobb Santa


Create magical memories with your loved ones at Avenue East Cobb. Every Friday through December 1 – 22 children can take photos and visit with Santa from 5 – 7 p.m. Climb aboard the Avenue Express Wednesdays – Saturdays from November 29 – December 23 from 2 – 6 p.m. and join Santa for a magical train ride. Gather around for holiday stories read by the Holly Jolly Man himself on Thursdays from November 30 – December 21, at Barnes & Noble from 4 – 5 p.m. Tickets will be required for these events.

Celebrate the holidays with Santa at The Avenue West Cobb. He is bringing the Christmas spirit each Wednesday from November 29 through December 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. Be sure to bring a camera so you can capture memories with the life-size snow globe and St. Nick! Enjoy Holiday at The Avenue West Cobb each Saturday from December 2 through December 23 for pictures with Santa and other holiday characters from 1 – 3 p.m.

Santa Claus is coming to town! The Man in the Red Suit will make his annual appearance at The Battery Atlanta to accept children’s letters and pose for pictures on select days, November 25 – December 24. ‘Tis the season! If you’re looking for a fun and festive way to celebrate the holiday season in Atlanta, look no further – Cumberland Mall offers various opportunities for photos with Santa from Wednesday, November 22 through Saturday, December 24! Reservations are encouraged.

For a sensory-friendly visit with Santa, schedule a time on Santa Cares Day, December 3. Bring your furry friends on Mondays and Tuesdays from November 27 – December 5 on Pet Nights.

Celebrate Santa’s Arrival on Friday, December 1 with festivities starting at 5:30 p.m., and Christmas in Acworth on Saturday, December 9! Santa will visit downtown Acworth from 1 to 5 p.m. to take pictures with families. Pictures are free of charge, but be sure to bring your own camera to capture the special moments as no photographer will be on site.

Santa Marietta Square


Santa heads to Marietta Square on December 1 and will be staying in his workshop at The Marietta Museum of History for the remainder of the season. Schedule a visit to Santa’s Magical Moments on select dates in December to enjoy storytime, crafts, milk and cookies, and get your photo taken. Then visit the shops and restaurants surrounding the square for fun holiday gifts, delicious food, and hot drinks.

Santa at six flags


Six Flags Over Georgia is bringing the North Pole to Austell beginning Saturday, November 18! There are many exciting, fun-filled holiday activities waiting at this winter wonderland. Walk through a beautiful canopy of lights, ornamented garlands, snow machines, and a 20-foot Christmas tree to the Santa Photo Experience. Be sure to check out their Christmas stage shows to get the whole family in the holiday spirit.
