CAUBLE PARK TRAIL
Stretching .9 miles from Collins Circle to Winn Street, Cauble Park’s walking path is short and scenic. Stroll along the shore of Lake Acworth and across two pedestrian bridges, while soaking in the changing colors of fall in beautiful Acworth, Georgia.

CHEATHAM HILL LOOP TRAIL
Hike, bike, walk or run this ultra-scenic trail in the shadow of nearby Kennesaw Mountain. This trail’s 5.8-mile loop is steeped in Civil War history and natural beauty, with grassy meadows, trickling creeks, wildflowers, and towering monuments along its length.

HERITAGE PARK TRAIL
Walk 4 miles (round trip) following Nickajack Creek past historic mill ruins and a waterfall to the Concord Covered Bridge. This mostly gravel trail is surrounded by a covering of fall foliage once the leaves begin to change. If you are looking for a longer journey, this path connects to the Silver Comet Trail!

KENNESAW MOUNTAIN
Hike 2.1 miles (round trip) up and back down Kennesaw Mountain for breathtaking skyline views from rocky cliffs, or take a longer stroll around Battlefield Trail for 11 miles of soaring summits and vast meadows. Both routes provide an opportunity to soak in the vibrant colors of autumn leaves.

SOPE CREEK TRAIL
Hike through canopies of color-changing trees to Sope Creek, where you can explore the ruins of a stacked-stone, Civil War-era paper mill before looping to a tranquil pond. This division of the Chattahoochee NRA is usually less crowded, offering a quiet, local escape on the banks of a rocky creek.
