Santa Claus is Coming to Cobb County, Georgia
The holiday season is in full swing and Santa is making his way through Atlanta collecting lists. We have nailed down his schedule and have created the ultimate list of Santa sightings this holiday season! Use this guide to capture sweet moments with St. Nick from Acworth to Vinings until Christmas Eve!
THE AVENUE EAST COBB
Create magical memories with your loved ones at Avenue East Cobb. Every Friday through December 6 – 20 children can take photos and visit with Santa for one of two time slots, 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. Climb aboard the Avenue Express Wednesday – Saturday from December 18 – 21 from 2 – 6 p.m. and join Santa for a magical train ride. Gather around for holiday stories read by the Holly Jolly Man himself on Thursdays from December 5 – 19, at Barnes & Noble from 4 – 6:45 p.m. Tickets are required for each of these events.

THE AVENUE WEST COBB
Celebrate the holidays with Santa at The Avenue West Cobb. He is bringing the Christmas spirit each Wednesday from November 27 through December 18 from 5 to 7 p.m. Be sure to bring a camera so you can capture memories with St. Nick in their winter wonderland! Meet other Roaming Characters like The Grinch each Sunday from December 8 through December 22 from 1 – 3 p.m. Live Christmas carolers will be spreading cheer by singing loud for all to hear on Saturdays from December 7 – 21 from 1 – 3 p.m.

THE BATTERY ATLANTA
Santa Claus is coming to town! The Man in the Red Suit will make his annual appearance at The Battery Atlanta to accept children’s letters and pose for pictures on select days, November 22 – December 24. CHRISTKINDL MARKET AT GALLERIA ON THE PARK
Experience the magic of the holiday season with the Atlanta Christkindl Market at Galleria on the Park, open Thursday – Sunday from November 29 through December 22. Jolly old Saint Nick loves chatting with children visiting the market. Photos are free, and there is no professional photographer. So, don’t forget your camera! Santa will have a helper on site who can take your group photo.

‘Tis the season! If you’re looking for a fun and festive way to celebrate the holiday season in Atlanta, look no further – Cumberland Mall offers various opportunities for photos with Santa from Thursday, November 21 through Tuesday, December 24, 2024! Reservations are encouraged.

DOWNTOWN ACWORTH
Celebrate Santa’s Arrival on Friday, December 6 with festivities starting at 5:30 p.m. Mr. Claus will also be in attendance for Christmas in Acworth on Saturday, December 7! He will visit downtown Acworth from 1 to 5 p.m. to take pictures with families. Pictures are free of charge, but be sure to bring your own camera to capture the special moments as no photographer will be on site.

MARIETTA SQUARE WINTER WONDERLAND
Santa heads to Marietta Square on November 30 for the City of Marietta’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and will be back in his workshop at The Marietta Museum of History beginning December 6. Schedule a quick photo op or a 25 minute “Magical Moments” visit on select dates in December to enjoy storytime, crafts, milk and cookies. Then visit the shops and restaurants surrounding the square for fun holiday gifts, delicious food, and hot drinks.

SIX FLAGS HOLIDAY IN THE PARK
Six Flags Over Georgia is bringing the North Pole to Austell beginning Saturday, November 23! There are many exciting, fun-filled holiday activities waiting at this winter wonderland. Walk through a beautiful canopy of lights, ornamented garlands, snow machines, and a 20-foot Christmas tree to the Santa Photo Experience. Be sure to check out their Christmas stage shows to get the whole family in the holiday spirit.

Santa will be making his grand entrance at Center Court on November 15, 2024 at 6 p.m. with a parade, goody bags, and more! He will be available for photos and visits from November 16 – December 24.
